Education is a priority in our community and Sandbrock Ranch is partnering with Denton ISD to build a new place to learn new things! Our youngest residents will be able to walk or ride their bikes to school with the future addition of an on-site elementary school. The school will be located on land reserved for this purpose near the south entrance to our community.
Construction is moving along on The Lookout, our new multi-level tree house. Nestled under a leafy canopy and located near Carriage House, our tree house evokes nostalgic memories of simple outdoor play. Here, children’s natural curiosity, sense of adventure, and youthful imaginations inspire all the fun. A shaded trellis, play decks, and a spiral-shaped, three-story slide can transform into a secret hideout, a fort, the crow’s nest of a pirate ship on the high seas, a spaceship, or simply a quiet retreat in nature.
